helpful staff fresh towels coffee facilities
The staff were helpful. They assisted me with my luggage upon arrival. The room included fresh towels and tea and coffee making facilities. I was happy that it also featured a television and comfortable beds.
The staircase did seem slightly narrow.

unstable bunkbeds mould curtains
the staff was friendly.
The bunkbeds were UNSTABLE. I couldn't sleep in them. there was cig tabs under the bed and the curtains were full of MOLD.

lovely staff whole bag quieter place unclean room filthy carpet cracked ceiling
The staff was lovely and gave us so much tea, coffee, sugar, and milk! Other hotels only give you about three of each, but here I had a whole bag full. The place was comfortable. It was quieter than a lot of other hotels too.
The room was unclean! The carpet had not been hoovered, and it was filthy. The ceiling was cracked and uneven. I feel the shared toilet and bathroom need to be clean. I don't want to use it, so I left without showering.

ample tea good location kind staff
The hotel staff provided ample tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. This generosity contrasts other hotels. The location was quite good, not far from local attractions and amenities. I found the staff really helpful, respectful, and very kind.
The male owner was rude to my mate.
